Instructions: Unitholders may enter the details in the following manner to check the unclaimed amount of distribution lying under the Unpaid Distribution Account:

1. Name of Unitholder: Please enter the name, as per your Demat Account/Client Master Ledger. If name as per the Demat Account/Client Master Ledger includes any special character, then the same should also be mentioned therein (for example: Name in Demat Account/Client Master Ledger is (“Shashwat .”), then the same i.e. Shashwat . shall be filled in the Full Name Column).
2. PAN Details: Please fill in the PAN details as per your Demat Account/Client Master Ledger.
3. DP ID and Client ID Details: In case of NSDL: 16 digit alpha numeric DP ID Client ID starting with "IN" without any spaces. e.g. In case your DPID is IN123456 and Client ID is 98765432 then please enter IN12345698765432 In case of CDSL: 16 digit numeric ID without any spaces e.g. 1234567890123456
